Mission Star Education Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., established in 2016, is a Japanese language institution licensed by the Government of Nepal. Based in Chitwan, Nepal's third-largest city, we provide Japanese language education and send-off support for students aiming to study or work in Japan (Specified Skilled Worker). In partnership with BRIGHT FUTURE Co., Ltd. in Japan, we offer consistent support from before departure through life in Japan.

当校では、AIアバターを相手に日本語で面接練習ができるシステムを独自に開発しています。 質疑応答を何度でも繰り返し練習できるため、学生は自分のペースで本番の面接に備えることができます。 面接練習を通じて留学の意思表示の確認も徹底し、目標や目的を持った学生の育成につなげています。
We are developing our own system that lets students practice Japanese interviews with an AI avatar. Students can repeat question-and-answer practice as many times as they like and prepare for real interviews at their own pace. Through this practice we also carefully confirm each student's intention to study abroad, developing students with clear goals and purpose.

来日前には、必ず学生のご家族をお呼びして面談を行います。日本での生活や文化についてはもちろん、 日本の法律や入国管理（入管）のルール、留学生のアルバイトが週28時間までと定められていることと その適切な管理方法についても、ご家族に直接丁寧にご説明します。 正確な情報を共有することで、学生本人とご家族が安心して日本への一歩を踏み出せるようサポートしています。
Before departure, we always invite each student's family to the school for a consultation. We explain not only daily life and culture in Japan, but also Japanese laws and immigration rules — including the 28-hour-per-week limit on part-time work for international students and how we help students manage it properly. By sharing accurate information directly with families, we help students and their parents take the step to Japan with confidence.
献血活動・無料歯科検診・健康診断のFREE CAMPを開催し、地域住民の健康維持に貢献しています。 また、小中高の教育機関への寄付や日本語クラブ活動の推進、地域のお祭りへの出店など、 チトワンに根ざした活動を続けています。
We organize free health camps — blood donation drives, dental checkups, and health screenings — to support the wellbeing of the local community. We also donate to local schools, promote Japanese language club activities, and take part in local festivals, staying deeply rooted in Chitwan.

私は2010年に留学生として来日し、専門学校卒業後は福岡県の人材会社で留学生への仕事の紹介や現場教育に携わり、50名近くの外国人社員のマネジメントを経験しました。
その中で強く感じたのは、来日する留学生の「日本語力」という課題です。十分な日本語を身につけずに来日した学生は、生活にもアルバイト探しにも苦労します。この状況を変えたいという思いから、来日前にしっかりと日本語を学べる学校を故郷チトワンに設立することを決意し、2020年にネパールへ帰国して日本語学校の運営を始めました。
私は経営者であると同時に日本語教師でもあります。学生と近い立場で向き合い、将来日本で活躍しチトワンに貢献してくれる卒業生とのネットワークを築き、故郷の雇用創出につなげることが私の夢です。カトマンズまで行かずとも、チトワンで質の高い日本語教育を受けられる学校であり続けます。

I came to Japan as an international student in 2010. After graduating from a vocational college, I worked at a staffing company in Fukuoka, introducing jobs to international students, providing on-site training, and managing nearly 50 foreign employees.
Through this experience, I saw firsthand how much students struggle when they arrive in Japan without sufficient Japanese ability — in daily life and in finding part-time work. Determined to change this, I decided to establish a school in my hometown of Chitwan where students could learn Japanese properly before departure, and returned to Nepal in 2020 to found this school.
I am both the school's director and a Japanese language teacher, because I want to stay close to my students. My dream is to build a network of graduates who thrive in Japan and give back to Chitwan, creating employment in my hometown. We will continue to be a school where students can receive high-quality Japanese education right here in Chitwan, without traveling to Kathmandu.
